Sica Service è nata con lo scopo di aiutare il mondo che ci ospita, dando il suo contributo non solo attraverso il suo lavoro di ricerca e gestione documentale, ma anche attraverso l’organizzazione e la partecipazione ad iniziative che preservano la nostra terra.
Attraverso i nostri social, con l’Hashtag #ilgiustoscopo e sulla sezione news/ambiente del nostro sito, ci impegneremo ad informarvi dei nostri progetti legati alla preservazione dell’ambiente ed a promuovere iniziative interessanti che si pongono il nostro stesso obiettivo.

Noi abbiamo iniziato così…
In collaborazione con Treedom, prima piattaforma al mondo che permette di piantare un albero a distanza e seguire la storia del progetto online, abbiamo dato vita alla nostra foresta aziendale. Venerdì 8 Luglio i nostri primi alberi di cacao e caffè sono stati piantati!
Affinché sia piantato nel posto e nel modo giusto ogni albero ha bisogno di competenze e di risorse e necessita di cure continue, così che un piccolo germoglio diventi una pianta forte e robusta; le comunità locali che custodisco i nostri alberi hanno un ruolo importante per la loro crescita ed essi stessi godranno dei loro frutti.
I nostri 15 alberi rappresentano un primo contributo per un’azione positiva per l’ambiente e i contadini che se ne prenderanno cura.
Gli alberi non sono solo in grado di assorbire CO2 dall’atmosfera, stoccandola nelle loro parti legnose, ma aiutano a contrastare l’erosione del suolo, favoriscono la biodiversità e la creazione di un ecosistema sostenibile.
Anche la più piccola pianta di cacao può arrivare ad assorbire fino a 55 kg di CO2 nei suoi primi 10 anni di vita; Treedom permette di piantare alberi che contribuiscono, grazie alle loro naturale capacità, ad assorbire emissioni di C02, ma ognuno di noi deve fare la sua parte per ridurre il proprio impatto!

We started out this way…
In collaboration with Treedom, the first platform in the world that allows you to plant a tree at a long distance and follow online the project evolution, we gave birth to our corporate forest. On Friday July 8th, our first trees of cocoa and coffee were planted.
To be planted in the right place and in the right way, every tree needs competences and resources, and it needs continuous care: that’s how a small sprout becomes a strong and robust plant; local communities that guard our trees have an important role for their growth and they themselves will enjoy their fruits.
Our 15 trees are the first contribution for a positive action for the environment and for farmers who will take care of it.
Trees do not only absorb CO2 from the atmosphere, storing it in their woody parts, but they also help counteract soil erosion, promote biodiversity, and create a sustainable ecosystem.
Even the smaller plant can absorb until 55 kg of CO2 in its first 10 years of life; treedom allows to plant trees that contribute to absorb the emissions of CO2, but each of us must do a part to reduce our impact!
