Entreranno in vigore nuovi requisiti di informazione per la registrazione delle sostanze chimiche REACH derivanti dal Regolamento n. 2022/477.
Le modifiche riguardano i rappresentanti unici per un produttore non UE che dovranno impegnarsi a far conoscere alla comunità europea chi rappresentano.
Come?
Aggiungendo le seguenti informazioni nell’account REACH-IT:
– Nome, indirizzo, numero di telefono e indirizzo e-mail;
– Persona di contatto;
– Ubicazione dei siti di produzione o di formulazione;
– Sito web della società;
– Numeri di identificazione della società nazionale.
Importante è creare account REACH-IT separati per ogni produttore non UE che si rappresenta.

New information requirements for the registration of REACH chemicals arising from Regulation No. 2022/477 will enter into force.
The amendments concern the single representatives for a non-EU producer who will have to commit themselves to making the European community aware of who they represent.
How?
By adding the following information to your REACH-IT account:
– Name, address, telephone number and e-mail address;
– Contact person;
– Location of production or formulation sites;
– Website of the company;
– National company identification numbers.
It is important to create separate REACH-IT accounts for each non-EU manufacturer you represent.
